Custom Products
Due to the personalized nature of our custom products, we can only accept returns or issue refunds if:
- Error on Our Part: If there is a mistake in your order (e.g., incorrect customization or item).
- Item Not as Described: If the product you receive is significantly different from what was described in our listings.
Exchange Policy
We want you to love your purchase! If you wish to exchange your custom product for any reason other than an error on our part, you may do so within 30 days of receiving your order. Please note that:
- The customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs for the exchange.
- You do not need to return the original item.
How to Initiate an Exchange

Important Notes
- All custom products are made to order and are not eligible for a standard return.
